Instalation

A Megapulse unit can be easily installed by an auto electrician or competent DIY enthusiast.

Megapulse units came in a number of voltages :
12v, 24v, 36v and 48v

These can be used individually or in combination to cover all your battery needs. More than one battery of the same voltage can be conditioned in parallel. If the voltage of the battery or array is higher, Megapulse units can be connected in series to obtain the right voltage.

You can down-load user guide from manufacturer’s web site.

Tip 1 :
If you are trying to revive a battery that’s in very poor condition connect a Megapulse with your charger and a mains timer so that the voltage doesn’t drop too low. Keep an eye on the voltage drop over 24 hours and adjust the timer to suit.
You can monitor the progress of the conditioning by checking the voltage at the same time every few days or weeks in the knowledge that the same amount of charge is going into the battery each day.
NOTE : it takes about 3 months for a full condition cycle

Tip 2 :
If your battery(s) have to be left for a long time between charging set the Magnetic Activation Switch to HIGH (continuous red light shown). This means the Megapulse shuts down at 12.8v ensuring maximum charge is retained while it is unattended. Conditioning resumes automatically when the battery is charged again.
