Despatch :
Goods will be despatched within 24 hrs following payment clearance.
Returns:
You have the right to return your goods within seven working days after receiving them.
If there’s nothing wrong with your item, you will have to pay the cost of returning them.
Units must be unmarked and in 100% working order for a full refund.
Refunds:
Please e-mail us first (using the e-mail address at the bottom of the page) about your return or refund and we will respond via e-mail within 24 hours.

All customers are entitled to a refund on faulty goods up to 5 years (Mk 3) or 7 years (Mk 4) starting on the day of purchase.

Warranty :
Megapulse Mk 3 units are covered by a 5 year replacement Warranty.
Megapulse Mk 4 units are covered by a 7 year replacement Warranty.
The Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 or 7 years. The Warranty is not transferable and does not restart if a faulty unit is replaced.

Technical Advice:
The Company will under no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage caused arising from technical or none technical advice or goods supplied.

Privacy and Security :
We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information collected at time of ordering is transferred from our web site into our secure database and facilitates the process when you come to order again. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including credit/debit card number, name and address. None of this information is made available to third parties. If you would prefer us to delete this information please contact us at andrew@pulsingproducts.co.uk with a note to remove your details from our database.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
